Questa informativa spiega come CSStampi S.r.l. tratta i dati personali di chi visita questo sito, chiede informazioni o si iscrive alla newsletter QRoller, ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) e del D.Lgs. 196/2003.

2. Quali dati trattiamo
- Dati di navigazione: indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, pagine visitate e orari, raccolti automaticamente dal server per il funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito.
- Dati della richiesta informazioni: nome, email, argomento di interesse e testo del messaggio.
- Dati per la newsletter: indirizzo email e data e ora del consenso.
3. Perché li trattiamo e su quale base giuridica
- Rispondere alle richieste di informazioni e fornire preventivi: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali richieste dall'interessato (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Inviare la newsletter con novità e comunicazioni su QRoller: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocabile in ogni momento.
- Garantire sicurezza e funzionamento del sito: legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Adempiere a obblighi di legge e difendere i propri diritti: art. 6.1.c e 6.1.f GDPR.
- Statistiche sulle visite con Google Analytics, per capire come viene usato il sito e migliorarlo: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR e art. 122 Codice Privacy), dato tramite il banner e revocabile in ogni momento.
4. Obbligatorietà del conferimento
Per ricevere risposta a una richiesta servono nome ed email: senza questi dati non possiamo ricontattarti. L'iscrizione alla newsletter è facoltativa e il rifiuto non ha conseguenze sulla richiesta di informazioni.
5. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
- Richieste di informazioni: 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo che nasca un rapporto contrattuale.
- Newsletter: fino alla disiscrizione o alla revoca del consenso.
- Log tecnici del server: al massimo 12 mesi, salvo necessità di accertare reati.
- Dati statistici di Google Analytics: 14 mesi.
6. A chi possono essere comunicati
Ai fornitori che ci aiutano a gestire il sito e le comunicazioni (hosting, posta elettronica, invio della newsletter) e a Google Ireland Ltd per il servizio Google Analytics, nominati responsabili del trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR, e a soggetti a cui la comunicazione è dovuta per legge. I dati non vengono diffusi né venduti.
7. Trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione Europea
Caratteri tipografici e immagini sono ospitati sul nostro server. Solo se accetti le statistiche, Google Analytics raccoglie dati di navigazione che possono essere trasferiti a Google LLC negli Stati Uniti. Google aderisce all'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, riconosciuto adeguato dalla Commissione europea (art. 45 GDPR). Google Analytics 4 non registra né memorizza gli indirizzi IP completi.
8. Cookie e memorizzazione locale
Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione pubblicitaria. Salva sempre nel tuo browser due informazioni tecniche: la lingua scelta e la tua scelta sul banner cookie.
Solo se premi "Accetta", Google Analytics imposta i cookie statistici _ga e _ga_KBZJXYH535 (durata massima 2 anni), usati per distinguere i visitatori e le sessioni. Se premi "Rifiuta" non viene caricato. Puoi cambiare la scelta in qualsiasi momento dal link "Preferenze cookie" a fondo pagina: se revochi il consenso, i cookie di Analytics vengono cancellati.
9. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità e opporti al trattamento (artt. 15–22 GDPR), scrivendo al contatto indicato al punto 1. Puoi revocare il consenso alla newsletter con il link presente in ogni email, senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento precedente.
Se ritieni che il trattamento violi il GDPR puoi proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This notice explains how CSStampi S.r.l. processes the personal data of people who visit this website, request information or subscribe to the QRoller newsletter, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

2. What data we process
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and times, collected automatically by the server to run and secure the site.
- Information requests: name, email, topic of interest and message text.
- Newsletter: email address and the date and time of consent.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- Answering information requests and sending quotes: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Sending the newsletter with QRoller news: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Keeping the site secure and working: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Legal obligations and defending our rights: Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Visit statistics with Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 Italian Privacy Code), given through the banner and revocable at any time.
4. Is providing data mandatory?
We need your name and email to answer a request; without them we cannot reply. Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and declining does not affect your request.
5. How long we keep it
- Information requests: 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract follows.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Server logs: up to 12 months, unless needed to investigate offences.
- Google Analytics statistics: 14 months.
6. Who may receive it
Providers that help us run the site and communications (hosting, email, newsletter delivery) and Google Ireland Ltd for Google Analytics, appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, and parties we must disclose data to by law. We never publish or sell your data.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. Only if you accept statistics, Google Analytics collects browsing data that may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has found adequate (Art. 45 GDPR). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.
8. Cookies and local storage
The site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. It always stores two technical items in your browser: your language and your cookie banner choice.
Only if you click "Accept", Google Analytics sets the statistics cookies _ga and _ga_KBZJXYH535 (up to 2 years) to tell visitors and sessions apart. If you click "Reject" it is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page; if you withdraw consent, the Analytics cookies are deleted.
9. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the contact in section 1. You can withdraw newsletter consent via the link in every email, without affecting earlier processing.
If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.
